A small victory for a starving writer is to receive royalty checks. My distributor sold six books. I like to make money while I’m sleeping!

One of the goals, when I decided to jump off the entrepreneurial cliff and be a starving artist full time, was to make money while I was sleeping eventually.

The other day when I opened my email box, I had a note from Paypal. The subject line was “You’ve got money.”
